Phil Barr BVSc Cert SAM MRCVS
Phil Barr qualified from Bristol University Vet School in 1991 and after a year in ‘exotic’ animal practice where he did his best to treat the odd monkey, meercat and crocodile, he made the sensible move back to normal small animal practice (dogs, cats and other small pets). He then gained a further RCVS qualification in Small Animal Medicine in 1998, and joined Wood Street Veterinary Hospital as a partner in 2001.   Phil is enthusiastic about all aspects of veterinary practice with special emphasis on medical investigation techniques such as ultrasound and endoscopy. He is presently studying for a further qualification in cardiology.

At home Phil has some happy geriatric cats as well as a wife and small child to ensure his time is fully occupied!

Raj Mukherjee BVetMed MRCVS
Raj Mukherjee graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005, and spent a year working in a small animal hospital in Harrogate, before joining Wood Street in September of 2006. His clinical interests lie in Cardiology, Diagnostic Imaging and Internal Medicine.  Raj is currently studying towards the RCVS Certificate in Cardiology.

Nikki Roberts VN

Nikki qualified as a veterinary nurse in January 2003, after spending her training years at our head office practice Wood Street Veterinary Hospital in Barnet. She moved to Holders Hill Veterinary Surgery soon after we opened in October 2003. Since then she has been nursing the patients and is in charge of the reception and day to day running of the practice.
