Tony White BVSc MRCVS
Tony White Graduated from Bristol University in 1992 and has been at Wood Street since August of the same year. Whilst enjoying all aspects of being a vet Tony is particularly interested in surgery and is keen to develop the use of 'keyhole surgery' at the hospital. Apart from work, his wife, three children,
7 dogs, 3 cats and 3 horses keep him busy!
Phil Barr BVSc Cert SAM MRCVS
Phil Barr qualified from Bristol University Vet School in 1991 and after a year in ‘exotic’ animal practice where he did his best to treat the odd monkey, meercat and crocodile, he made the sensible move back to normal small animal practice (dogs, cats and other small pets). He then gained a further RCVS qualification in Small Animal Medicine in 1998, and joined Wood Street Veterinary Hospital as a partner in 2001. Phil is enthusiastic about all aspects of veterinary practice with special emphasis on medical investigation techniques such as ultrasound and endoscopy. He is presently studying for a further qualification in cardiology. At home Phil has some happy geriatric cats as well as a wife and small child to ensure his time is fully occupied!
Mark Antcliffe BVMS MRCVS
Mark Antcliffe graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 1997 and worked in a rural practice in Scotland for 3 years before joining Wood Street Veterinary Hospital in 2000 in order to concentrate on small animal practice. He has a specific interest in surgery, recently completing an ESVPS (European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies) General Practitioner Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. This has further developed the surgical expertise he brings to the practice. Mark and his wife are parents of a young son so spare time is at a premium but he can be seen cycling the lanes of Hertfordshire on weekends off or training for the London marathon which he regularly takes part in.
Emma Clark MA VetMB MRCVS
Emma Clark graduated from Cambridge Vet School in 2001. She has been part of the Wood Street Veterinary Hospital team since March 2005. She enjoys all aspects of general practice with a particular interest in small animal medicine. She has a cat called Charlie and enjoys riding, walking and playing tennis.

Kate Ballard - BVM&S MRCVS
Kate Ballard graduated from the Royal School of Veterinary Studies, Edinburgh in June 2002 and went on to practice in Stourbridge as a small animal assistant. She then worked as an intern, specialising in small animals at the Animal Health Trust, based in Newmarket. Kate joined Wood Street as one of our team of vets in 2006. Kate is currently studying for the RCVS certificate in Small
Animal Surgery. On a more personal level, Kate enjoys horse riding and skiing and
holds a PADI scuba diving certificate.
Raj Mukherjee BVetMed MRCVS
Raj Mukherjee graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005 and spent a year working in a small animal hospital in Harrogate, before joining Wood Street in September of 2006. His clinical interests lie in Cardiology, Diagnostic Imaging and Internal Medicine. Raj is currently studying towards the RCVS Certificate in Cardiology.

Michael Voyce BVetMed MRCVS
Michael Voyce graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 1996. He stayed on at the college for a year in a combined teaching & clinical post before joining Wood Street Veterinary Hospital in 1997. He worked at Wood Street for two years before travelling overseas to Australia where he worked with the RSPCA in Melbourne. Mike returned to the UK in 2001 and now runs Oakwood Veterinary Surgery in Radlett. He has developed a particular interest in emergency & critical care.
Richard Harper BVetMed MRCVS
Richard Harper graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2005. He has worked in small animal practice around London since graduating. In addition to his fond respect for all the animals under his care he has developed a particular interest in caring for cancer patients. To further his expertise he is enrolled in a Masters Degree in Clinical Oncology at the University of Birmingham. In his spare time he enjoys the theatre, playing rugby and is trying to learn French.
